ULTRA HTS
Ultra HTS is a clear or pigmented, high-solids, 100% aliphatic urethane topcoat, specifically formulated to provide extreme chemical resistance, UV resistance, and durability for any new or existing flooring system.
Additionally, 1.5-gallon kits include a Part C that not only increases traction but also yields a satin/semi-gloss sheen.

The following Ultra HTS grind and seal systems are not only simple and cost-effective, but they also minimize ongoing floor maintenance requirements. Specifically, one thin coat of Ultra HTS urethane, when applied over a primed surface, provides extreme durability and protection in a topcoat, all without the need for any buffing or frequent re-coating.
EPIC
EPIC (Gloss or Matte) is a clear, high-performing, urethane floor finish exclusively formulated by Ultra Durable Technologies to eliminate wasted labor, water, energy, and resources required to maintain traditional floor finishes.
EPIC is a low-VOC (<50 g/l), water-based urethane floor finish yielding a long-lasting, tough, protective finish that
lasts up to 50 times longer than any other floor finish. One, thin coat of EPIC eliminates the constant need for stripping,
buffing, polishing, and frequent re-coating of interior floors.
