Smith Paint Products began manufacturing coatings in 1929 to supply the Central Pennsylvania region with products and services. In the years that followed, our family-owned business expanded through the development of thousands of specialized formulas for distinct applications. Today, Smith Paint Products is predominantly focused on Decorative Concrete products, Industrial Floor Coatings and OEM / Specialty Products sectors used worldwide in a variety of different applications.

Color Floor (Interior and Exterior)
Smith’s Color Floor is an advanced technology water-based decorative stain which yields a natural appearance when applied to porous mineral based substrates, such as concrete floors, pavers and other porous surfaces. This user-friendly alternative to hazardous solvent and acid-based stains can produce unique works of art when applied via airbrush, high volume low pressure (HVLP) sprayer, production gun sprayers, pump (bug) sprayer, sea sponge and traditional bristle brush.
Smith’s Color Floor utilizes state-of-the-art acrylic polymer technology and pigment preparation to ensure the highest quality results.

Liquid Dye (Interior Only)
Smith’s Liquid Dye is a concentrated solution blend of metal complex and/or high-grade dyes that can be diluted with water or acetone to achieve a ready to use color system. Smith’s Liquid Dye is formulated as a penetrating color system for polishing installation as well as a dye then seal application to properly prepared porous substrates. This system was developed for interior applications.
