 Roy Magnuson and Kathy Ertmer are the founders and driving force behind Allsource Supply Inc., a contractor-focused supplier built on decades of real-world experience in the building and coatings industry. Having spent years in the field themselves, they understand the challenges contractors face on the job and what it takes to deliver consistent, high-quality results.

Allsource was created from that firsthand experience, with a focus on reliability, practical support, and products that perform in real-world conditions. Today, Roy and Kathy remain closely involved in the business, ensuring contractors receive not only quality materials, but also the guidance and responsiveness needed to keep projects moving.

As co-founder of Allsource Supply Inc., Kathy is known for her willingness to share knowledge and help contractors troubleshoot challenges on the job. Whether offering product guidance or application insight, she is committed to helping customers achieve reliable, professional results.

Meet Aerin, the powerhouse behind the seamless operations at Allsource Supply. With her laser-sharp attention to detail and remarkable memory, she has been the driving force keeping every aspect of our business running smoothly since joining the team in July 2022. Aerin’s versatility is truly remarkable. Not only does she masterfully oversee our entire supply chain process, but she’s also an invaluable asset in our day-to-day office operations. From managing our social media and website to lending a helping hand wherever needed, Aerin’s comprehensive knowledge allows her to assist our contractors at a moment’s notice. She also plays a key role in shipping, ensuring our customers across the United States receive their products in a timely manner. Outside of work, Aerin values quality time with family, friends, and her two amazing goddaughters. A lover of the great outdoors, Aerin enjoys camping adventures and honors the memory of her beloved father, who passed away in 2021, by participating in tractor pulls, a cherished family tradition. With her diverse skills, unwavering commitment, and deep understanding of our business, Aerin is an integral part of the Allsource Supply family. We’re fortunate to have such a dedicated professional ensuring we deliver an exceptional experience for our customers nationwide.

With over 40 years in customer service, I’ve built my career on understanding people, solving problems, and fostering long-term relationships. My background spans multiple industries, more than 30 years in sales and consulting, 20 years in financial services, and over a decade in the decorative concrete coatings field,  where I’ve specialized in business development, training, and mentoring.

As a lifelong member of this community, I take pride in being a trusted local resource with deep roots and a genuine commitment to helping others succeed. Whether leading teams, creating client solutions, or driving business growth, I approach every opportunity with integrity, dedication, and a results-driven mindset. Outside of work, I find balance and joy in the outdoors, whether it’s fishing, hunting, riding ATVs, or relaxing at my cottage. I’m also happiest spending time with my yellow Labrador and watching my daughter grow into an amazing young woman. These experiences keep me grounded, grateful, and motivated to give my best in every part of life.
John Abalan

John Abalan

Director of Operations

I joined Allsource Supply in January 2026 as the Director of Operations. My professional background is rooted in customer service, though my recent focus has been in the IT sector. This combination of service experience and technical skill allows me to oversee our internal systems and ensure our daily operations run as efficiently as possible. My goal is to provide the structural support our team needs to deliver high-quality products and services to our contractors. I enjoy the challenge of managing the moving parts of the business and using my IT background to keep our processes modern and reliable. Outside of work, I spend a lot of my time at home tinkering on my vintage Honda motorcycle or searching through thrift stores. I’m also a fan of cooking and competitive trivia nights. Most importantly, I value quality time with my family, where I take great pride in my role as the “fun uncle” to my nieces.
