PolyFix
Ultra-low viscosity polymer concrete repair binder
Poly Fix® is a robust, two-component, ultra-low viscosity hybrid polyurethane binder designed for concrete repair. Its consistency is akin to water, enabling it to effectively penetrate hairline cracks or, when combined with dry sand, to repair concrete spalls or control joints. Poly Fix® is also an excellent solution for healing and sealing deteriorated concrete surfaces. Notably, it contains no VOCs (Volatile Organic Compounds), aligning with environmental compliance.

Rapid Flex
Rapid Flex 90 is a high-performance, industrial-grade, 100% solids, two-component, UV-resistant, semi-rigid, rapid-curing polyurea designed specifically for filling control and construction joints in heavy-duty industrial concrete floors. This product facilitates quick shaving for rapid turnaround times and adheres to ACI 302, section 4.10 guidelines, boasting a Shore A Durometer of 90. It’s also suitable for repairing damaged joint nosing and filling random cracks. For aesthetic flexibility, Rapid Flex 90 is available in four additional architectural colors.

Premium self-leveling underlayment
SpecFlow is a cement-based, self-leveling floor underlayment designed for interior applications. This high-quality, non-shrinking underlayment ensures a smooth subfloor that can be feather edged and is compatible with adhesives for carpet and tile.

SpecPrime
Re-emulsifiable underlayment primer for SpecFlow
SpecPrime is a ready-to-use, re-emulsifiable underlayment primer specifically formulated to bond new concrete and SpecChem underlayments to horizontal concrete or other sound surfaces. It is recommended for interior and dry applications only and is particularly designed for use with SpecFlow.

OverCrete is a one-component, polymer-modified concrete repair/resurfacing mortar for smoothing, resurfacing, and restoring horizontal or vertical concrete surfaces. OverCrete offers superior durability for all interior and exterior concrete applications including vehicular and pedestrian traffic.

Deco Shine is a methacrylate cure and sealer developed specifically for exterior applications, including exposed aggregate and other decorative concrete surfaces.
Deco Shine provides a clear protective coating that brings out the radiance and luster of all natural aggregate and preserves a long lasting, durable finish. Deco Shine is ideal for stained concrete, exposed aggregate slabs, walkways, swimming pool decks and walls

All Shield SB
Modified Oleophobic Penetrating Concrete Protectant
All Shield SB s a solvent-based, synthetic- modified, silane-siloxane concrete protectant. This clear, penetrating, breathable protectant is designed for use on interior/exterior, horizontal/vertical concrete, natural or synthetic stone surfaces to resist oil, water, food stains, and many other liquid contaminants.
- Excellent oil, water and stain repellent for interior/ exterior surfaces subjected to motor oil, de-icing salts and other damaging contaminants.
