This topcoat’s water-repellent, non-porous finish was essential for maintaining the integrity of the floor, particularly in areas with high foot traffic. The slip resistance provided by MicroGuard was also a critical factor in enhancing safety, making sure the floor met the space’s functional needs while maintaining its stunning appearance.
