The completed polished floor with Hardbond Guard. The floor was polished to a 1500 grit shine with 3 coats of Hardbond Guard to protect the floor from staining.

The polishing seminar demonstrated how to reduce scratching in the concrete as well as how to prevent scratches in the completed polished concrete floor.

Training 008

Dewayne from Concrete Polishing Solutions discusses how to prep the floor before applying the Hardbond Guard to the polished floor.

The first grind is the most important step to a successfully completed polished floor. Here Dewayne from CPS demonstrates and allows contractors the opportunity to identify the correct first set of diamonds to use and then allows each contractor the chance to run the CPS machine.

Everyone had an opportunity to create a metallic masterpiece. We then applied a matte and a clear polyaspartic top coat to demonstrate the different finished look of the metallic floors. It was amazing to discover the different ways to blend the metallic colors on the floor.
